Scent'al Business 101 is a distributor training system developed to guide Scent'al distributors in acquiring the knowledge, skills and mindset necessary to succeed in the avita network marketing business. It is designed to be duplicable and we leverage fully on the web technologies to reach out to Scent'al members across the world.
As you get started as a New Distributor, you will be guided by mentors from your upline sponsorship team on a step-by-step learning-doing roadmap from setting your goal, mapping out an action plan, on-the-job training, building your downline distributor team and developing your customer base, and eventually leading and inspiring your network organization.
You will be able to attend training seminars/courses conducted in various cities across our regional network, have access to training manuals/video/audio, product information, slide presentation, marketing materials and other business support facilities at our Scent'al World HQ in Singapore and online distributor's websites.
