Josephine started her network marketing career in 1999, and has led her network to achieve over S$10m in annual turnover. Alvin directs the business education programs in Scent'al World. He aspires to grow the avita brand to be the next Starbuck, and in the process help many ordinary people own and succeed in their own avita enterprises. Alvin is an inspirational speaker and a master in personal coaching and development. avita provides Alvin the freedom to enjoy his many loves: reading, skiing, climbing, pottery, yoga and travelling. Alvin goes on eco-adventures regularly with his wife, Jin, and daughter, Robyn, to unusual corners of the world.

A retired lawyer who enjoys the arts, music and the finer things in life, Pauline is a motherly and caring mentor to all distributors in Scent'al World. She is especially passionate about helping women become independent and successful entrepreneurs by leveraging on the avita business platform. Pauline is a nurturing trainer and mentor who guides her network with lots of patience and love. Based in Perth, Australia, Pauline enjoys sharing the goodness of avita products and opportunity with a growing network of lady distributors.

After running his own shipping business for 15 years, Tony embarked on network marketing in pursue of freedom and wealth. Jovial, patient and magnanimous, Tony is a big-hearted mentor to everyone in Scent'al World. He radiates positive energies and loads of laughter wherever he goes. Tony reads very widely and always shares new insights with everyone he meets. Based in Perth, Tony and Pauline are pioneers who lead our Scent’al network for avita expansion in Australia.

A trustworthy and never-say-die leader, Alice pioneered the avita business in Japan and heads our Scent’al World network in Tokyo, Japan.

Alice has achieved a monthly sale record of S$1.5m with just a team of 8 members.

Always cool and steady, Billy leads our Scent’al World network in Taiwan. He is industrious and a highly motivational leader.
